Boundary Survey

Typically a boundary survey is used to determine where property boundaries are located. The boundary survey will define the corners of your property, sometimes described as a parcel of land, and will be accompanied by a drawing of the boundary lines from a boundary surveyor.

Reasons for wanting a boundary survey:

  1. Buying property and wanting to know your extent of ownership
  2. Property dispute with neighbors in regards to property lines
  3. Adding improvements
  4. Before building structures/structures on property
  5. Dividing a parcel of land
